medicine. Together,
we make it real.
is always greater than
you can imagine
We believe that joy and hope are more than emotions — they are powerful forces for change.
Our mission is simple yet profound: to spark joy, nurture hope, and build lasting solutions for the most vulnerable communities in Burkina Faso. Every action we take is guided by one compass: creating a real and lasting impact on human lives. Through scholarships for children, micro-grants for women, clean water initiatives, and community health programs, we work to meet needs that are urgent, unique, and deeply human. But this mission is not ours alone. It begins with you. Every donation — no matter the size — is a seed of hope. What may seem small to you becomes a lifeline for a child, a family, or an entire village. With your support, we turn compassion into concrete change. Together, we can transform poverty into opportunity, despair into dignity, and need into hope.
Because hope is a powerful medicine. And together, we make it real.
Poverty in the world is an immense issue.
It can be overwhelming, discouraging, and even create a sense of powerlessness.
Faced with the magnitude of the numbers and the complexity of the challenges, one might ask: *“What’s the point?”
But this feeling comes from looking at the problem too broadly. When we focus on one specific place, on one tangible community, everything becomes possible.
By acting where we are called, we can fight ignorance, reduce poverty, and, very concretely, save lives.
That is why we have chosen to center our mission in Burkina Faso, and more specifically on the community of Konekongo.
Here, with the help of our donors, we are:
– Building water fountains to provide clean water to thousand families.
– Providing school scholarships to children, opening the doors to a brighter future for them.
– Educating and helping farmers to maximize production to meet the need of their family and generate incomes.
The results are already visible: lives changed, smiles restored, communities strengthened.
And this is only the beginning.
Our current projects aim sponsor more children and expand access to clean water.
Each step, each project, is a building block toward a future of dignity and sustainability.
We firmly believe that while we cannot change the entire world all at once, we can transform someone’s world — that of a child, a mother, a family.
And little by little, hope becomes contagious, and poverty retreats.
Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.
And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.
School Sponsorship Project
In Burkina Faso, poverty is a daily reality. Many families struggle just to survive, and enrolling their children in school is an unaffordable luxury. For some parents, who are illiterate themselves, school is not part of their world: they know neither its doors nor its promises.
Yet, knowing how to read and write is a key that unlocks the future. School provides access to knowledge, builds confidence, and gives every child the opportunity to dream, hope, and build a different life. Without this chance, children risk remaining trapped in the cycle of poverty—or worse, falling into idleness, delinquency, or recruitment by extremist groups.
It is in this context that school sponsorship makes all the sense. With your support, children from underprivileged families can be enrolled in school, receive the necessary supplies, be fed, clothed, and access basic healthcare. Each sponsorship is more than financial aid: it is a life transformed, dignity restored, and a future made possible.
By choosing to sponsor a child, you become much more than a donor: you become a silent guide, a source of hope, an outstretched hand that changes a destiny.
Your support is much appreciated.
Poverty affects women first
In Burkina Faso, poverty affects women first. They are the first to rise and the last to rest, carrying the survival of their children and loved ones on their shoulders. Yet, they critically lack access to financial resources. For many, starting a small business—selling vegetables, sewing clothes, or opening a small restaurant—remains an unattainable dream due to a lack of means.
This is where solidarity microcredit comes in. With modest support, a woman can launch a small business, generate regular income, and thus feed her family, send her children to school, and improve their living conditions. Each microcredit is much more than a loan: it is a seed of autonomy, dignity, and hope.
But the impact goes even further. Every income-generating activity also becomes a contribution to the social and ecological life of the community. A sewing workshop promotes traditional craftsmanship and reduces waste by giving fabrics a second life. A small restaurant highlights local products and creates a gathering space for the community. A vegetable shop encourages healthier eating and supports local producers. These initiatives, though small in appearance, represent real progress for the collective and sustainable life of the communities that benefit from them.
Thus, by supporting a woman, you are not just helping to change an individual destiny. You are supporting an entire family, boosting the local economy, strengthening a community, and paving the way for more environmentally respectful development. Because helping a woman means helping a generation. But it is also, very concretely, helping an entire people rise together.
Safe water access
Safe Water Access Project – Proposal
In Burkina Faso, water is a rare treasure. In many villages, women and children walk kilometers every day to fetch water, often unsafe. This water, though essential for life, is also a source of serious diseases such as diarrhea, malaria, and intestinal infections. Every drop becomes a choice between survival… or illness.
This is why Invite Joy is taking action. By installing wells, boreholes, and simple distribution systems, we provide communities with sustainable access to clean and safe water. This changes everything: diseases decline, children can attend school instead of walking for hours, and women regain time and energy for other vital activities.
But the impact doesn’t stop there. Access to safe water is also a lever for sustainable and ecological development. It reduces pressure on natural sources, protects soil and groundwater, and improves hygiene for entire communities. Around each water point, life flourishes: vegetable gardens, small livestock, local activities… Water becomes the root of dignity and progress.
By supporting this project, you are not just funding infrastructure. You are giving health, you are giving time, you are giving a future. Because giving water is giving life.
